Once your home is ready, we will arrange to have eye-catching photos taken that highlight your home’s wonderful and unique features. We will work together with our listing coordinator and marketing director to design and implement a marketing plan. This includes internet, social media, and print advertising. We will also schedule both Brokers and Public Open Houses and arrange private showings to increase the amount of prospective buyers who have the opportunity to see your home.

Negotiation –
We will present all offers to you and explain the positives and negatives of each offer so that you can make an informed decision. We will utilize strong negotiation skills to provide you with the best possible combination of price and terms.

Protect Your Interest & Liability –
We will guide you through important documents, such as the Seller’s Disclosure Statement, to help protect your interests. We understand the importance of full disclosure and can assist you in communicating any issues while minimizing negative impacts on the transaction. We will also coordinate and attend all inspections including the professional home inspection, termite inspection, appraisal, and final walk through. We will also attend your Escrow signing to ensure a smooth closing.
