Sky Ala Moana will consist of two towers, one with residences for sale and the other for the condo-hotel (condotel). The project will be located on the lost at 1388, 1400 & 1416 Kapiolani Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96814 across the street from Ala Moana Shopping Center.
Sky Ala Moana will feature 90 affordable housing units with 389 market units. The types and number of specific units are TBD.
The condo-hotel will have 300 total units made up of studios and one-bedrooms. The management company is TBD.
