Step 19: Additional Research

Steps 11 -18 covers a long list of important documents (Home Inspection, Additional Professional Inspections, Preliminary Title Report, Condo/ Home Owner Association Documents, Seller’s Disclosure Statement, and Building Permit Package). Each document could lead to more questions and additional research that needs to be addressed. 

Each document may contain the answers to the questions you may have but other items may require further research. Some of the most common issues that arise that may need additional research relate to parking stalls for condos or townhomes or appraisal/lending issues for single family homes. 

Once again, if there are additional concerns that need professional advice we always advise our clients to seek information from experts:
