801 South Street is comprised of 2 buildings A & B. Building A was completed at the end of 2015 and Building B in 2017. 


These buildings was designed to be efficient for the Honolulu workforce. They have surfboard/bicycle storage, security, large wifi lobby and a large recreation room for their amenities. With no extra amenities, they're able to keep their maintenance fees low.
