Closed sales and median sales prices were up for both single family homes and condos. Days on market trended down for condos and up slightly for single family homes, most likely due to the increase in transactions.<p "="" style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">The Median sales price of $425,000 for condos was a new record, eclipsing last April's record of $415,500. Demand is high for this price range and many millennial and baby boomer buyers are looking for their 1st home or to downsize into this price range.
