DR Horton has just announced The North Residences at Kohina release for Hoopili. Application deadline will be next Friday, 1/31/2020, with the lottery the next day on Saturday, 2/1/2020. Kohina will be Hoopili's first TOD (transit-oriented development) and will serve as Hoopili's future entrance gateway. There will be approximately 276 multi-family homes and commercial spaces, with over 40 floorplans. This new release will have 1, 2, and 3-bedrooms and starting prices at $405,000 (FS). Homes will be available in July 2020.
