Victoria Place's owner-occupant residential sales have been announced to launch tomorrow, January 11, 2020, 8:00AM! There will be 175 owner-occupant units for sale comprising of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom sales. Owner-occupant units means that the owner will be required to live at their unit as their principal residence for a period of not less than 365 consecutive days. 

 

Victoria Place will be located in Howard Hughe's Ward Village in the prime location of the front row location of Ala Moana Boulevard. This will be Ward Village's 7th tower and will be all market-priced units for this luxury tower.

As of today's (1/10/2020) ad launch, the developer's are estimating the minimum price of a designated owner-occupant unit is $1,152,000 for a 1-bedroom, $1,539,000 for a 2-bedroom and $3,075,000 for a 3-bedroom. These prices are subject to change by the developer.
