Ho’opili is West Oahu's newest master-planned and transit ready community. It will encompass approximately 1500 acres, include 5 schools (3 Elementary, 1 Middle, and 1 High School), and will provide roughly 12,000 new homes.
Ho'opili is being developed and built by D.R. Horton America's Builder. They have been delivering quality new homes to homebuyers across the nation since 1978 and are now helping create more homes in Oahu. For those that have not heard of Ho’opili, this will be a large 12,000 home development in West Oahu, between Ewa Beach and Kapolei. (From Fort Weaver Road to Kualakai Pkwy). This area is currently referred to as "East Kapolei" but will feature it's own zip code in the future. Not only will Hoopili bring new homes in the area, but it'll also bring new commercial space and businesses to it as well. Unique FLEX homes will also be built in Hoopili which will allow owners to live and work in their home. With the ongoing development of Kapolei, Ho'opili is likely to be a popular neighborhood to live in the future.

Hoopili brings a wave of new development to be added in the growing Kapolei neighborhood, also known as the second city of Oahu. Don't fret about the neighborhood as there are already developed communities, businesses, hospitals, school, dining, and more!

Aulu at Ho'opili is D.R. Horton's newest single-family home phase and will feature 8 different floorplans, including Accessory Dwelling Unit layout options. It will have 3- and 4- bedroom plans. Prices range between $600,000s to $800,000s, fee simple.
Ho’oulu is an unique product as it’s been rumored for about a year that the Ho’opili Master Plan would include single level homes starting in the low $500,000s with NO maintenance fees. Ho’oulu will offer a mixture of the two combining a good balance of space and pricing which will be attractive to homebuyers in the Ewa Beach and Kapolei areas looking for single family homes at town home pricing.
Kohina at Ho’opili will have something for almost every type of buyer, featuring studios, 1-bedroom, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom residences.
