• Median Sales Price: $500,000 (down 1.0% year-over-year)
• Closed Sales: 378 (down 4.3%)
• Average Time on Market: 38 days (improved 11.6%)

Overall, the market continues to show balanced conditions with steady pricing, improved market times, and sellers still receiving close to asking price. Inventory remains somewhat limited, especially with fewer new listings entering the market.
