Kealii is Gentry Home's newest development to be added into the growing Kapolei community. Kealii will have 66 new single-family homes located right next to Kapolei's championship golf course where homeowners can enjoy the view of the beautiful green and close to many great amenities. Kealii will be situated in between the Kapolei Golf Course and the Hawaiian community of Kanehili. It will be located near the Ka Makana Alii shopping center, the Kroc Center, UH West Oahu, new public schools, and future rail stations.
Kealii has shown 3 floorplans that will only be available for the Golf Course Frontage Home Floorplans: Ha'aheo, Luana, and Po'okela. These luxury homes will be 4 bedroom and 3 baths ranging in 2,005 interior sqft to 2,154 sqft.
Prices are estimated to start at $949,000 fee simple. Some of interior will have selections or upgrades for the new owner to choose, when contracting on a home. These pre-selections may include cabinetry, countertops, and/or modifications to the home. The pre-selected options and final sales price will be disclosed at the time the home is offered.

There will be market-priced Kealii floorplans which won't be as large as the golf course frontage homes but will still be larger than the affordable floorplans. They will be 3 bedroom/2.5 baths with approximately 1,194 living sqft to 1,259 living sqft.
While there are no market floorplans released, they are likely to be similar to homes in Parkside by Gentry.
There will be two market homes offered for the first phase of sales with estimated starting prices at $695,250 and $717,300 fee simple.
8 of the 66 units in Keali'i are available as affordable single family homes to households earning up to 120% of Oahu's median income. These homes are subject to certain resale and occupancy restrictions, and buyers must meet certain eligilibility requirements.
These homes will be 3 bedroom/2.5 bath with approximately 1,194 sqft to 1,259 sqft with estimated minimum prices at $635,000 fee simple. While there are no affordable floorplans released, they are likely to be similar to homes in Parkside by Gentry.
These 8 affordable homes will be released in the first phase of sales and will be sold via lottery.
