VICTORIA PLACE - WARD VILLAGE'S NEWEST LUXURY CONDO

The next Ward Village tower to be proposed by Howard Hughes Corp. is called Victoria Place. The project location will be set at 1100 Ala Moana Boulevard and it will be a mixed-use project consisting of residential and commercial components like many of their Ward Village towers. This new 400-foot tower will have 350 residential units which include 137 one-bedroom units, 146 two-bedroom units and 77 three-bedroom units.
Victoria Place will be located in Howard Hughe's Ward Village in the prime location of the front row location of Ala Moana Boulevard. This will be Ward Village's 7th tower and will be all market-priced units for this luxury tower.
As of January 10, 2020's ad launch, the developer's are estimating the minimum price of a designated owner-occupant unit is $1,152,000 for a 1-bedroom, $1,539,000 for a 2-bedroom and $3,075,000 for a 3-bedroom. These prices are subject to change by the developer.
Victoria Place sits between the Waiea tower and Victoria Ward Park. The Victoria Place project was proposed on the previous Gateway Towers project, before it was shelved after Simon Treacy took over as president of the Hawaii region for Howard Hughes.

Owners will color choice options for the kitchen and bathroom: Light or Dark.
