D.R. Horton has announced their last release of Hinahina at Hoopili! Hinahina will be a multi-family neighborhood of townhomes similar to Kohina. It will be transit-ready with its close proximity to the rail station and urban setting. This community will have one- to three-bedroom homes with smart home features. All homes will include parking, with some of them having two or three car garages. Hinahina will also feature FLEX homes which will allow the homeowner to run a business downstairs of the home and live upstairs. 

This second release will feature 20 homes, 1-3 bedroom layouts, that will be estimated to be complete in summer 2021.
