This past week we scheduled a profession home inspection, roof inspection, and pool inspection for our buyers. The first 7-15 days of a real estate transaction in Hawaii is commonly referred to as the "J-1 inspection period". During this time the buyer has a chance to conduct a professional home inspection along with any other inspections deemed necessary.
