September 2026 Oʻahu Real Estate Market Update

• Single-family median: $1,110,000
• Condo median: $523,000
• Single-family median days on market: 16
• Condo median days on market: 41

Oʻahu’s September housing market showed different trends for single-family homes and condominiums. Single-family home sales rose 6.2% year-over-year, while condo sales declined 8.1% compared with September 2025.

The median single-family home price decreased 3.9% to $1,110,000, with 39% of September sales closing below $1 million. Meanwhile, the condo median price increased 2.8% to $523,000.

Single-family homes spent a median of just 16 days on market, compared with 41 days for condos. Condo inventory was up 7.8% from a year earlier, offering buyers more options to explore.
