Every home at Ka‘ulu is sold to owner-occupants. Gentry does not sell to investors, which means the neighborhood is made up of full-time residents from day one. How Sales Work

Ka‘ulu is released across roughly eight sales increments, each broken into phases. Homes are offered by lottery first, then first come, first served.
