Phase 2 of Kohina at Hoopili has been released for sale! These new townhomes will be part of the transit oriented development with transportation and lifestyle opportunities just a walk away. This phase has 2 bedrooms, 3-bedroom FLEX and 4-bedroom FLEX homes for sale. FLEX homes allow homeowners to run a business in their home if they wish. This phase of Kohina is estimated to be completed in Winter 2021/2022. 

Phase 2 has 16 homes for sale. Homes are done through a virtual public lottery. These are market-priced owner occupant homes. Owner-occupant homes requires buyers to serve as the owner's principal residence for a period of not less than 365 consecutive days.
