The next homes for sale at Koa Ridge, Luana, has been announced today (8/28/20) on their website. Luana will be 3 & 4-bedroom paired homes from 1,286-1,489 living square feet starting in the low $700,000s fee simple.
Koa Ridge is the new development in Central Oahu between Waipio and Mililani with roughly 3,500 homes to be built in the upcoming 10 years. There are a large variety of homes to come: Single family, townhomes, condos, multifamily, senior living residences, and affordable housing.
